I tend to think she is, and not just because she's Dolly Parton. Okay, being Dolly Parton is definitely a significant part of it, but I don't see any reason to disbelieve it.
Speaking of off-putting band names, there were a couple of Bay Area bands I always wanted to see but never did back in the '90s: JFKFC and John Cougar Concentration Camp. I'm glad I'm not the only one who prefers early Motown factory Marvin to later "auteur" Marvin! I forget which is which off the top of my head, but a few of the 60s albums are really great, and I'll personally take them over the 70s classics while recognizing that they're lesser works in some ways.
